Last night when I went to check on Taylor in the tub this is what I found.....Taylor had earned a coloring bath mat a few days ago. She spend forever in the bath each night coloring and recoloring . I should have known this was going to happen sooner or later. I thought the idea of a bath was to get clean
Last weekend we were able to have Grandma and Grandpa Hendrickson, Grammy and Ponk Smith, and the Widdison Family come down to Vegas for Easton's Blessing. It was so fun to spend time with them and have them here to share such a special time with us.
Saturday night as my kids were getting ready for bed Santa stopped by our house to pay them a little visit. They were so excited to sit on his lap and tell him what they wanted , they even had to look out the window as he left to try and see his reindeer. The first thing Taylor said to Ponk (when he got out of the "shower") was "Ponk, you missed Santa again, you missed him last year and then this year" I think next year my mom will have to call the neighbors.
Today when we woke up and looked out the window this is what we saw...
.SNOW!! I love snow! Especially in December. It hasn't felt too much like Christmas (with the 60 degree weather and sun shinning) so when I was driving Taylor to school in the snow and listing to Christmas music, it made my day. I know it's not going to stay- in fact they say it hasn't snowed here for over four years - but at least I got a day of it and that's better than nothing.
Because it was cold and snowing I had to bundle Easton up to take Tay to school ,Isn't he so cute!?!
I just had to put this picture in. Each year the kids get to pick out an ornament for the tree and this is what Connor picked out. It looks pretty funny on our little 6 foot tree, especially because we don't have many ornaments due to the fact that all our Christmas decorations where ruined last year
